FINE BUBBLES ROSÉ
Pale pink color, with pink highlights and slightly bluish nuances. Intense nose with notes of exotic fruits, lychee,

HMMM - White of White
Effervescent pale yellow colour.
Very expressive nose, reveals typical aromas of Mauzac (crunchy Granny apple) revealed by the production method.
Elegant, round and fruity mouth, balanced and persistent.
Probably something you have never tried before, but should, as wine is produced via the Gaillacoise Ancestral method: a single alcoholic fermentation.
One to try, and never forget.
It was named HMMM after critics who first tried the wine were very surprised by its complexity, yet simpleness of taste, and so HMMM was born.
